Does Gypsy Soul ship worldwide?
Absolutely! We ship all over the world.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer Shipping at a flat rate of 100 ZAR per order within South Africa (excluding our smaller items like boxers which we ship at 70 ZAR, and our larger items like backpacks which we ship at 250 ZAR).
All other regions we offer Shipping at a flat rate of 300 ZAR per order.
When will my order arrive?
We generally ship orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery time will depend on your country or city location. There may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control. Gypsy Soul uses UPS and PostNet for all orders.
How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number. If you did not receive this email, please email [email protected].
What payment methods does Gypsy Soul accept?
Currently we accept Credit Card payments and Paypal, if you would like to arrange payment via any other method , we are happy to try and assist your request. Please contact us at c[email protected] to arrange this.
Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order?
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of customs clearance, or after delivery. Gypsy Soul does not have any control over any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as the charges can vary according to country. Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Gypsy Soul, please contact your local Customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges. Gypsy Soul can not be held liable for any of these charges and can not refund or reimburse you for any duties, customs and taxes that might be levied.
What is your exchange policy?
We offer a 7 day hassle free exchange of your bikini or clothing item, only in the event that you would like to change the size and provided we have replacement stock available.
We only offer refunds on returns should you have received an incorrect order or faulty item and provided that we do not have replacement stock available.
If merchandise is to be returned or exchanged, we ask that the following requirements are met:
- The item/s must be in original condition, packaging, with tags and hygiene seal remaining in place.
- Item/s must be clean and not have been used, worn, washed or altered in any way.
- You should contact Gypsy Soul within 7 days of receiving your parcel for an authorization number
Refunds will be issued including the original shipping but excluding the return label costs and import duties.
The pictures of the products may very slightly in colour and look. Gypsy Soul will not grant refunds or returns if the customer feels the product does not look exactly like that in the picture.
All items discounted on sale are a final sale and cannot be returned, no exchanges or refunds.
Items purchased using a coupon code are eligible for returns and exchanges, however the value of the item will stay the discounted amount.
How do I request a return or exchange?
To initiate a return email as at [email protected] using the email address used to order the bikini or clothing item.
We are unable to refund initial shipping charges or any postage costs for merchandise returned other than faulty items.
Once the items have been received, you will receive your new item in exchange, alternatively your refund.
Gypsy Soul are not liable for loss of merchandise being returned. We recommend that you use a registered postal service and track the delivery.
